My son and I really enjoyed the documentary. We are not Muslim but it was refreshing to see Muslims portrayed positively. We also were touched by how well the Muslim community in Murfreesboro is dealing with the anger that has been directed at them due to misunderstandings and ignorance.

I would like to see examples of American Muslim and NON-Muslim families living and working side by side, with compassion and understanding. I would like to see discussion about how to foster relationships and understanding.

    Ponn Sabra Reply:

Thanks so much for commenting and sharing your experience watching the documentary. How old is your son?

What a wonderful follow-up story. Social media has really united people. For example, you’re a great fan and supporter of my work and I appreciate your thoughtful contributions!

I agree on doing one on muslims and non-muslims living side by side as they do in many areas.

I would love to see a follow-up about the controversy over the Cordoba House near Ground Zero and an in-depth look at how the Muslim community is often exploited for political gain.

I really wish I had the chance to see this documentary. I recently canceled my cable, so I no longer get CNN. Thank you so much for the opportunity to win it.
