Homemade Clay Allah Ring

Homemade Clay Allah RingWe love thinking of new ways to be creative. Here’s the latest project!

Our 11-year-old aspiring fashion designer rolled out some play-clay. She flattened it into the Arabic letters  for “Allah.” After doing that, she burnt it in fire so it could harden. While it was still hot, she brushed olive oil on top of it to make it have a glazed, shiny look. Using a glue gun, she attached an old toy ring to the hardened clay. It was as simple as that!

So, what Islamic clay projects have you made lately? Please share below…and we’d love to see pictures, so please send to contact<at>americanmuslimmom.com. We’d love to share your creations too!
