Free Samples of Business Cards, Postcards, Letterhead, Envelopes, Brochures and Flyers - There’s an option for “Company Name”, but towards the end there’s an option to say that you’re a “Consumer” and not necessarily a “Small Business Owner”; so I would assume you can request samples without a Company Name for your own personal use.
