American Muslim Mom Podcast #6
Today’s guest is me and my 3 girls of Kid Bloggers Club! (Ages are 7, 9 and 10 years old) Please enjoy the show as I share their debut podcast. MashaAllah, God has willed; their natural ease and comfort on air. While I had notes to guide us; they didn’t have any notes. We shared that we’d just have a family discussion, same ones that we often share in halaqas (educational gatherings), and share typical questions and answers whenever people ask us (especially them) on their views of learning Arabic, Qur’an and homeschooling in general. While starting our show with the Qur’an was deep and serious, byPart 2 they totally took over with their surprising excitement and answers. Without a script at hand, you’ll see their ease and love for homeschooling, so we pray you will enjoy their tips and unique perspective; inshaAllah.
To educate
About the role of Arabic and Qur’an during our typical day of homeschooling.
To enlighten
To truly learn, understand, know, contemplate and most importantly act according to the Qur’an and not simply memorize it. We break down the Opening Chapter, Surah al-Fatihah, explain its first ayat and it’s 2 distinct parts.
To empower You to Take Action!
My girls lead the show with their excitement, tips for and perspective of homeschooling compared to public and private school education, examples include how to study the Qur’an, online education, kid blogging at Kid Bloggers Club and much more!
Special Thanks to our Sponsor
As shared in our show commercial, visit Muslim Toys and Dolls and say you were referred by American Muslim Mom to receive a free gift value at $9.95. Check out the owner’s unique creation: the Little Ponn Muslim doll–a large, soft, adorable hijabi doll named after yours truly, subhanallah, Glory be to God! Having never seen a doll like this before (and we’ve traveled in many Muslim and non-Muslim lands), it’s a must-have in any Muslim home. She even has Velcro removable clothes. She sits conveniently by my bedside, and wears my glasses for safe keeping. My girls and I hug her as often as we can. After all, no one is ever too old to squeeze a doll…let alone a Muslim one!

I finally got around, AlhamduliAllah, to getting the computer fixed and listening to the whole thing the RIGHT way.
Great job Ponn!
Do you mind if I share a link to this podcast on the page?
I made an account at sqworl.com last night/this morning and added some “learning sites/blogs” and yours is on there.
Please let me know if that is not a problem or if you want me to add any sites in addition to your blog.
