The Flat Stanley Project
Book Adventure recommendation
Recommended by a member of one homeschool group:
Book adventure has been a great tool for
us for several years!! It’s similiar to accelerated reader in that kids read
books and then take online tests, but they then earn points and can cash them in
for great items such as books, games, etc. As a teacher, you can set up your
class and then be able to monitor their scores. I highly recommend it!!! http://www.bookadventure.org/
Freebies online galore!
Jazaka Allahu Khayrun for the sister who researched & compiled this incredibly comprehensive list of homeschooling resources (or educational materials). Allah ye ticki afia/May Allah reward her with rest.
Please note: I have not researched every single site, so proceed with caution.

Free board game for parents and educators.
Part of the Too Smart to Start program, this colorful
board game was
developed to help parents and young people aged 9 to
13 talk about
underage alcohol use, why it’s not smart, and how to
prevent it.
Goals for the game include increasing the number of
conversations
about the harm of underage alcohol use and increasing
the percentage
of children and adults who view underage alcohol use
as harmful. The
game can be played with two to six players, but works
best when both
youth and adults play.
